R.E.S.E.T. Jaw Balance System

The gentle method to relax the temporomandibular joint

R.E.S.E.T developed by Australian kinesiologist Philip Rafferty.

What is R.E.S.E.T..

Jaw R.E.S.E.T. according to Philip Rafferty refers to a gentle manual therapy procedure that relaxes the jaw muscles and balances the temporomandibular joint. The jaw joints are of central importance for the entire body.

The temporomandibular joint is connected to the entire spinal canal via the bones of the skull and the hard meninges, and influences the skeleton, muscles, meridians and nervous system.

It plays a central role in the communication of the head-cervical axis and for the feedback function between brain and musculature.

What means R.E.S.E.T

"Rafferty Energy Tystem of Easing the Temporomadibular joint"

Temporomandibular joint system

Vtensions in the temporomandibular joint system can therefore affect the entire body and, for example, impair the function of the muscles of the musculoskeletal system, the digestive tract and the nervous system.

Jaw R.E.S.E.T. causes that the muscle power of the temporomandibular joint and the involved muscles are optimally distributed. This means that muscles that may have too little tension are re-energized and the part of the musculature that is tight or tense is allowed to release.

Balanced jaw

En account of its connection with the spine and head posture, a balanced jaw influences the interaction between the brain and musculature and therefore has great significance for almost all bodily functions and organ systems.

This therapy is ideal also in combination with Shiatsu, I will be happy to give you more information.

RESET is indicated, among other things, by:
